ICM Committee Structure

In the event of a successful bid, the Advisory Board will be widened to contain members from across all continents, and in particular will contain people currently conflicted due to other bids. The bid team listed on the previous page will expand to become the Local Organising Committee, and those members will chair the various subcommittees, the structure of which will be based on those used in previous ICMs. On those sub-committees will be a wide range of mathematicians, across all subject areas, with a particular focus on those with experience of hosting large-scale events, such as the ICM and ECM.
